All trims except the GT are powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine -147 horsepower, 132 lb-ft of torque. A six-speed manual transmission is equipped with the FE.
Whereas, a continuously variable
automatic transmission is optional for the FE and general issue on other trim
levels with this engine. The GT is adjoined by a turbocharged 1.6-liter
four-cylinder -201 hp, 195 lb-ft, and a choice between a six or a seven-speed
dual-clutch automatic transmission.

plus luxury upgrades that include heated mirrors, keyless entry and ignition, a
leather-wrapped steering wheel and 17-inch wheels and a rear armrest.
It is also occupied by a
blind-spot monitor, with rear cross-traffic alert, with simulated-leather side
bolsters and cloth upholstery.
The 2020 Kia Forte
EX trim doesn't have the GT-Line's exclusive exterior trim but
consists most of its convenience elements.
Adding up; Dual-zone automatic
climate control, rear air vents, a power-adjustable driver's seat, heated and
ventilated front seats, 17-inch wheels, two charge-only USB ports satellite
radio, and simulated leather upholstery.
While it constructs off the
GT-Line's tools, the 2020 Kia Forte GT does not come normal
with the blind-spot monitor.
However, it does comprise of
sporty upgrades such as the extra powerful engine, 18-inch wheels, larger front
brakes, dual exhaust pipes, and a fully independent rear suspension.
It also adds up, automatic
high-beam control, LED headlights, ambient interior lighting, two USB charging
ports, satellite radio and rear air vents, Trims with the dual-clutch

Pilot Sport summer performance tires are voluntary.
The top three trims are
obtainable with an upgrade package that adds up a wireless charging pad
eight-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system and sunroof.
From there, the additional
aspects differ. The GT-Line's Premium package includes two USB chargers, while
the EX's Special Edition package comes with a rear spoiler, voice recognition,
satellite radio, and a navigation system.
The GT's GT2 package takes on
the rest of the aspects from the EX, and GT-Line models minimize dual-zone
climate control, which is an ultimate choice for the GT and GT-Line models,
alongside an adaptive cruise control and sliding armrest.
